Each new election, Americans have to endure more negative campaigning. Politics have become excessively bitter. I’m dismayed by the tone of our political discourse. Often, I’m ashamed of the political parties and their leaders.

It appears they have one thing in common; they’re interest in retaining power. Far worse, they use the power of fear to motivate the masses and more dreadful, they’ve used it to divide Americans. It’s like the song, united we stand–divided we fall.

I’m weary of the partisanship and I’m not going to stand by at let division become the future of these “United” States of America. This is the site where commoners, us ordinary folks, get the chance to tell the politicians what we think.

We are all Americans and I know we can do much better. It’s a place to state your opinions and have your voice be heard, in the US and the world, via our RSS feeds. We hope you join our cause and become a member.

Personally, I wanted to forgo the registering process. But, there are these people called spammers, who look for open and unguarded comment areas. And as their name suggests, they begin sending hundreds, if not thousands, of spam e-mails which would cause comments and the entire site to stop functioning (plase read our Comment Policy).

In addition, register members will be able to submit articles for publication. Plus, the more comments you write, the quicker we will upgrade your account status. This will afford you the opportutnity to author posts; like the ad says, "Membership has its Rewards."
