Centrism, the voice America needs

The term centrist or moving to the center, used often-in politics today, lacks substance and meaning. Centrists need a true-life ideology, such as liberals or conservatives. Most Americans yearn for a new political ideology, for new leadership.

Frank Sinatra sang these words in the 1954 classic movie, "Young of Heart."  This morning, relaxing as I drank a cup of coffee and read the newspaper, it became apparent to me, that centrism does sound like a fairy tale.
